The MAC patent pulse valve can be ordered using one of two different MAC pilot valves. The MAC 46 Series lift valves employ balanced pilot technology to ensure fast, repeatable pulses, or choose our high flow 400 Series pilots for better performance. The MAC pulse valve body uses bonded spore technology to provide excellent reliability over existing diaphragm technology. Check the accumulator and the main slide valve with memory spring to ensure that it is moved back into place when air supply may not be adequate. A series of adapter boards have also been released to plug in directly to replace existing diaphragm pulse valves without interfering with existing piping.
It is currently available in (3) sizes; PV03 is used for ¾ "and 1" applications, PV06 for 1½ "applications, and PV09 for 2" and 2½ "applications.
Known for their long life and superior reliability, MAC valves are designed to have as few moving parts as possible, thereby reducing the point of wear on the solenoid. The lift valve design of our direct-acting valves enables high flow rates at short flows, which both reduces wear on seals and allows for higher shift forces from the solenoid. This built-in wear compensation and high turnover help ensure MAC valves work even after tens of millions of cycles. MAC valves are designed to handle contamination while minimizing maintenance time and downtime.
